How to Find Out If My Clickbank Product Sold

Clickbank is a third-party payment processor  used by digital-product vendors. Clickbank collects payments and automatically delivers the vendor's digital goods to customers. Clickbank also has a large base of affilates who promote products from the Clickbank marketplace in return for a commission. Anyone can sign up for Clickbank as an affiliate and earn a commission by selling a product from the thousands available in the Clickbank marketplace. Product owners can also sell products as an affiliate. As a product owner, you are not informed if an affiliate signs up to promote your product, but you can check your Clickbank account to see if you have made any sales, which appear in your account immediately after the transaction is made.

     Log in to your Clickbank account at Clickbank.com. At the top of the welcome screen are two tables displaying weekly and daily earnings; these are the combined commissions you have earned from selling  your own product and as an affiliate.

     Navigate to the horizontal tabs at the top of the page. Click "Reporting," then "Transactions." A list of sales you have made will open on the page. You can select the time frame you need to consult by changing the date range in the box for search criteria.

     Locate the "Vendor" column. If your Clickbank username appears in this column, the item sold was your own product. If your username is in the "Affiliate" column, the commission  earned was from a sale you made as an affiliate, rather from selling your own product.

• Sales notifications are also sent to product vendors via email. To receive email notifications, make sure your have a working email address in your account settings and that email notifications from Clickbank are not blacklisted by your spam filter. Clickbank will not send email notifications when you make an affiliate sale.
