- 1Locate your order number. You can find this in the email that you received immediately after your purchase. If you have deleted the email, you can find the number on your credit card transaction receipt. If you paid with PayPal, log in to your account and click on "History." You can then locate the transaction and order number.
- 2Go to Clickbank.com. Click on "Help Center," which is the last option on the top horizontal navigational bar. A page will load with a left navigation menu. Select "Look Up Your Order" from the "Customer Help" section. An "Order Look Up" form will load.
- 3Enter your order number. In addition, enter the email address you ordered with, the last four digits of the credit card you used or your PayPal transaction ID. Click "Submit," and details of the order will be displayed. Click "Cancel My Subscription."
